The third quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends in the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Finland. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five apps.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 11.6K in mid-July. Active users for the app also showed a steady rise, starting from 11.8K at the end of June and reaching nearly 20K by the end of September.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery had a consistent performance in weekly downloads, fluctuating between 1.8K and 3.2K throughout the quarter. Active users similarly showed steady growth, starting at 4.5K in late June and peaking at 6.2K in mid-September.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a stable download rate, with weekly downloads ranging from 1.8K to 2.8K. The app also saw a gradual increase in active users, starting from 66.2K at the end of June and reaching up to 75.1K by the end of September.

Cabify had lower download numbers, with weekly downloads ranging between 150 and 245. Active users showed a slight upward trend, increasing from 741 at the end of June to 932 in mid-September.

Finally, Lyft saw weekly downloads ranging from 141 to 243, with a peak in mid-September. The app's active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 1.6K and 1.9K throughout the quarter.
